Look, every project's different, but here's the general flow. We start with coffee and conversation - what do you actually need versus what you think you need? Sometimes they're the same, often they're not.
Then comes the sketching phase. Lots of paper gets crumpled up. We iterate until something clicks. Once we've got the concept locked, we move into the technical stuff - making sure what looks good on paper actually works in real life.
Throughout the whole thing, we're talking. No radio silence for three months then dropping a design on you. That's not how good work happens.
